Wow. I went for a post dinner rip and really put these tires through their paces. It is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and dry. I am super impressed, I felt like I could really hug some of the better corners around here.
Don’t judge my dirty rims/tires. It’s not been washed since they were put on this past Monday.
The sidewalls are a bit harder than I’m used to, so it transfers more noise/vibration into the car. But, I’ve been running the Fiesta in such a way that allows more natural driving sound into the cabin anyway...
Overall, I know these will only last about 20,000km or less, but I plan on really driving them hard.

I really liked the two sets I used last year; however, I’ve swapped to the Hankook RS4's which have lasted much longer at the track for me and are a little faster.
Careful with the Fiesta, I watched one roll over on a flat runway during an autox a couple of years ago (it was an ST and the only mod was Bridgestone RE71r tires). If you get some understeer, unwind the wheel a bit. With sticky tires you can lift both wheels on the inside and if you land on them hard the car bounces and can end up on falling on its face/windshield.

What’s your spare tire doing in there? That's unnecessary weight!

Ive always stood by Falkens as a solid go to. Performance without breaking the bank. The Stringbean has them and the 250 will get a set of wild peaks

I don’t have anywhere to put it! I live in a tiny home.

Jesus! A jalopnik reader texted me a while ago because he saw one like mine rolled over. I generally don’t go nuts. I’m out for a sporting drive, not to set a record.

Can I keep at your house :P
I actually could find a place for it. Just seems like the day I take it out, I am going to have a flat.

The Forte has a back seat right?

Hmmm. Yeah, but if I’m in an accident, it will kill me!

The non-ST is forbidden by the SCCA to autox because it is a rollover risk.

Now I’m worrying that I’m going to need to replace the tires that my Fiesta came with this year. I have no idea how many kilometres are on them.
Also, holy smokes I don’t know if I could do that with my Fiesta when I’m not hauling stuff. It’s loud enough as is.

Sure thing, I already have two other sets of tires, one of wheels and shitloads of other car crap in the attic. My wife would never know the difference.

I love it, but keep in mind that it is only for fun times. I DD the Forte which is quieter than anything else I’ve driven

I was thoroughly impressed by these. It was a frivolous expense for me since I drive too many miles. But I would buy them again for my Subaru if I stopped highway driving so much. My Nokians aren't BAD in the canyons but it's definitely disappointing in comparison. Never did drive in any wet since it rained entirely zero times while I owned the tires but I did go skiing and saw Temps in the mid 30s without dying.
